Return Policy for Bob’s Discount Home Improvement Center:
All Furniture Sales are Final!
Up to 30 Days:
- Receipt Required: To initiate a return, you must present a valid receipt.
- 15% Restocking Fee: All returns with a refund within the first 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
After 30 Days:
- Receipt Required: A valid receipt is mandatory for returns.
- 15% Restocking Fee with an In-Store Credit
- No Cash or Credit Charge Refund will be given
After 90 Days:
- No Returns: Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted after 90 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that the following conditions apply to all returns:
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- The customer is responsible for any return handling costs.
- Clearance, Special Order, Or Discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
